In consultative services, we will give several free trainings (if needed) to the customer on date that both parties agree on. The Training module involves:
1. Product knowledge of GET and Undercarriage
2. The proper GET and Undercarrieage components application.
3. Troubleshooting (recognize problems that might happen on GET and Undercarriage components)
4. Proper Maintenance of GET and Undercarriage.
PRODUCTS SUPPORT SERVICE
To monitor the performance of our products that have been used by our customers, PT. Kaltim Multi Traktor has Product Support Programs as follow:
1. Plant or site survey
2. Product Survey (GET and UC)
3. Product recommendation
4. Regular Product Monitoring / SPU Program
